We wanted to reach out to you and inform you that we have concerns regarding the Merlin DEX dApp. We kindly suggest that you refrain from interacting with the app, taking part in its presale, or providing liquidity.
The MVX-WETH LP on Merlin was either compromised or intentionally stolen by the Merlin DEX team. This has resulted in the loss of approximately 10% of the total PoL of the MVX-LP across all dexes.
We would like to assure you that neither the MVX nor MVD treasury have participated in the presale.
We are committed to investigating the matter further and will continue to inform our partners.
We are also working to determine the overall amount of loss and will compensate it from our team funds. Lastly, we have learned from this experience and will be conducting better due diligence from now on with our partners.
